Unless it's fan made, I'd say no. It looks nothing like Tetsuya or Amano's artwork. It looks a bit on the kiddish side, but then Kingdoms Hearts comes to mind, so who knows?

Wow, you guys sure like to look into details. It's copyrighted by an artist named Munch. It says so.... right on the picture. So it's fan art, something of a contemporary Rinoa. And he did a good job, considering i'm betting he's a college student.

Yeah I saw like six months ago, actually thinking about its been longer than that, since I was in college and it was not my last quarter. Like some of you are saying it is a CG model of Rinoa that someone made. The angel wings, not to mention the actual file name give it away. It is too bad that they made it low poly though, I guess they were trying to make it so it could fit into a game. Because I cannot see a reason why they would want to make a low poly version with such detail. Looks like it might 2000 triangles considering the edges. Nice texture work for the most part, I still have troubles with the actual design of the clothes though. Aside from them being total fan service for stupid drooling men, I wonder in reality if it would even work. Tiff said she only seen one person pull it off. Still bugs me to this day the clothing design.

Hm, I always took it as a spin off Rinoa in FF8-quality graphics. Or it could just be that the computer did not have enough RAM to make or render the CG.

And yeah, its total fan service. I personally wanted to make it, but I would never wear it out since I'm insecure about my body X3~
