FF stuff that makes you sad (CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS)

Well, go on with it. For me, it's when Celes tried to comit suicide. And whenever I beat one. I dunno why, but when I beat an FF, it just makes me sad.

I love Final Fantasy: Advent Children. It has been met with mixed reactions just like Final Fantasy X was. I have the same opinion for it as I have with Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, which is an underrated box office bomb.

1. At the very end of FFIX, when you had shots of all the characters; saying meaningful things and such...I didn't know if Zidane was coming back and it made me sad.

2. The end of FFX. I cried. I will admit it, which isn't very much because I am a girl, but I cried. Tidus so much wanted to stay with Yuna and tried to hold his arms around her; in one last attempt to comfort her. ;_;

Nah, bro.

I think they ruined the whole show with that Advent Children bull. X and VII were great because they left you hanging and forever after that you could keep wondering. But then they had to make these stupid sequels to with really, really, really gay story lines to just kill the whole thing. There goes Final Fantasy down the stupid drain. That is sad.

They should never have.

When Red XIII finds the petrified Seto. It is a great revelation; he thinks that Seto is a girly-man, but is really a great hero.

The end of FFX for obvious reasons.

And, people are probably sad at the end of FF games because they are sad that the adventure is over and you won't see those characters again. (Exceptions: FFVII and FFX. And FFX-2 wasn't bad)

BTW: When Aerith died, I laughed! I was happy! Now Tifa can move in and the goody-two-shoes princess character was dead. Boo-yah! Yeah, I'm crazy!

I am sad that the adventure is over. Every single time I finish a Final Fantasy game, I am sad that those characters will not be able to continue on past their chosen paths in the game. Some characters are so incredibly memorable, that you never want to leave.

^Agreed. And AC wasn't that bad, whenever the plot started to say, "I suck", the music made up for it. The adventure ends... Yeah, that's why. Especially X. Heh, and I thought some of you were emotionless crapheads...

I also found that when ever I beat a Final Fantasy I got realy sad but I think it is becuase they do such great jobs on all the storylines it make sad to have to stop insted of going on. I think it alway mad me sad becuase that would be so cool to be in a would of fantasy and magic.

Neither Final Fantasy X-2 nor Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children were bad Final Fantasy narratives.

I hated it in X when Sin died. The world was supressed with death, but at least most people weren't killing eachother and the world was safe from destruction (hey - Yevon justed wanted to live forever, chilling in Sin).
When Sin died, people built up machina again. Spira go boom-boom.

Pity.
And I hate the memory flashback things that occur all the time. Angst, man. Move on already.
