It looks pretty good. I like the colors. The font is pretty nice, I like the script. Although I think the pixel font should be lighter than the script. I'm all for subtlety. Her ear also looks kind of weird ... but that's probably just me.

Personally, I would remove the white border over her dark hair. But that's mostly for forums with darker layouts, so it's not really a problem. I'm kind of weird like that.
