Chocobo Digest First Issue Released

Well, for those that do not already know about the Chocobo Digest. It is a newspaper type format of articles that are based around the FF worlds. They are all fictious articles, some humorous, others informative, but all dealing with some part of the FF worlds. Come enjoy the stories that will unfold from the Digest.

The newspaper site will be update once a month for new issues, and all articles you see in the newspaper are linked into the Digest's section the articles forums. You can read part of the article in the newspaper and if you enjoy it, you can continue reading the rest into the forum. Enjoy

I would have to say that I am totally impressed with this first issue! ^_^

With all the time on my hands, this was a really good read to pass up the time. My favorite article was the, "Moogles release another event upon Vana'diel - Buffalo Blitz." That article was so entertaining and I really felt the struggle of the party trying to down the buffalo. I haven't played Final Fantasy XI or even read about the game in detail. But when they picked up the red sashes, why did it attract Quadavs? I'm such a newb :(.

The Ask Zidane article was funny, omg.

I'm glad to see you all think I nailed Zidane's personality. Honestly, I wasn't sure if I would be able to get it right or not, but judging by the feedback, it looks like I did.

With the next issue, I'll make sure the layout is cleaner. That was not at all how I intended for the letters to Zidane to be laid out, but that's my fault for not being more specific beforehand. It'll be cleaned up by the next issue.

Some of the images are still a bit off, but, overall its pretty shnazzy.

The size of the fonts is totally nuking the screen though o.o

Yeah, great newsie. Love the ask Zidane bit... he he... maybe have it so the links go to a single report 'cause that confused me a bit, otherwise, great! Maybe have other character sections, like having flirty characters like Edgar and Irvine doing personals with cheesy quotes or something the like?

the articles dont seem to be fictive at all wich makes it funnier. Keep up the good FF work

Is anyone going to email Zidane for this issue? I keep looking for questions, but no one's asking. The email will actually be posted on the copy of the next issue, but for now, I think Zidane and I would appreciate something in our inbox.
