Well my personal favourite is probably Yuna. I think she had a great personality. She was very calm, even when she knew she was going to end up dying on her pilgrimmage. She was even happy most of the time which proves she is a very strong woman, emotionally.
I also liked Locke from Final Fantasy 6. He looked out for everyone and made sure they were safe. He was a good friend to all the party. There are a few characters that I liked from the FF series but those two are my favourite.
