The Phoenix Knights

Welcome to the Phoenix Knights. This club was originally designed to bring back life in the whole RPB scene, now that that is somewhat accomplished, this club will now be known as the main RPB Club.

To be a succesful RPB Club we need to prove ourselves as the best. That is why, as of September 16th, we have challenged all other Clubs that also participate in RPB's. This way, we can prove that we are indeed the ones to keep RPB's alive.

As you can all see, we count 10 members, all with their own specified character and rank within the Club. These ranks can rise and fall, if one challenges a fellow club member. This alone will keep it a bit interesting for a member, and that alone will keep RPB's a bit active...whenever.

There is of course another function for the ladder system; the lowest rank (Pawn) can be challenged by outsiders (someone who isn't part of the Club) to gain a place as an official Phoenix Knight. Of course, the battle must be won. So, the 10 members you see before you aren't as permanent as it may seem.

All the positions are filled. If anyone outside of the club wants to join, he has the opportunity to challenge any of the Pawns. The winner will determine who gets/stays in the Club.

You can look forward to Sir Argentos of Olympia joining your ranks as soon as I get home from Las Colinas. Gotta drive thirty miles out to get together with classmates and work on our project some more. You know how it goes.

Atma vs Lococolt:
Well, this quote
"Very well then, ready yourself. I hate to fight an unarmed man with a weapon, so I think I'll set this aside... for now, anyway." would be better without the 'anyway' in it.

Inferno Mage vs 2ndPower:
Well, well.. a little god-moding? "Ace was hit straight on by the attack, but managed to deal a quick kick in the face of Rachel to prevent any second attacks."

Ace vs Unknown Swordsman:
Wow.. Dark really sucks. God moding majorly. Which Loco seemed to have covered that nicely.

All I really have to say about you, is that your "in to" is one word, 'into'. And.. for everyone, try not to god mode. At all.

There I posted my character. I don't have any special title for him. I suppose you could call him Knor the Laguz or something.

So what do I think about those rpbs eh?

Well I don't much like the way that Atma-Noah writes. It just doesn't capture any real emotion...maybe that's just me though. Plus I just don't like him and I'd hate to meet him in person.

Anyways I can't wait to see Loco's next post.

Like mentioned above you should watch for little things like that because it is a god mod. Other then that it's real good. I kinda find the setting a bit cliche but it's rpbing that's going to heppen.

Yeah? Is that god-modding? He doesn't get hit by any attacks, I let my character get hit straight on, and I'm not allowed to at least knock him off balance? Because that is what I was doing, giving him a quick kick to shake him up, just not to get my ass wooped AGAIN. This way I created some space between both the fighters, and made it more easy to read.

It might be the slightest bit of god-modding, since I'm kinda forcing a hit. But it's not as if the other character dying now is she? This was just like a slap in the face...so pulease...

Well, I advise you to read it better, cuz I can't make out if his character is hit or not. What I DO know is that he put me in such a messed up position, that couldn't be attained if he were hit. I don't want anyone to be accused of anything, we're not infants you know...

I think I did a good job not bitchin' about it and keep the battle flowing. And I want to apply a tactic, which is very very sneaky

I know I've posted it before, but there are new replies, so they can keep you sweet. Also there is no winner yet, so someone who is the slightest interested, surely wants to know who eventually wins...

Well, then. Start doing that. Watch our battle again and comment on your own battle. What did you do wrong? Where could you have improved? What would be more stylish? These sort of things. And just to make it easier for you, here's the link:
