RedMagician has levelled up - (lv 1)
The games you couldn't beat

The title tells it all. Post the game/games that were very hard, but you've beaten them. For me, They're:

Tenchu 2 Birth of the Stealth Assasin (PS1); This game was so annoying at first. Even how hard I tried, there was always the annoying "Game Over"screen in my eyes, but finally, it was over.

Final Fantasy VII (PS1); Believe it or not, this game caused many troubles to me. I was stuck in the end of Disc 2, because I didn't know where to go. Played it so much that Disc 2 didn't even work , but then my friend realised where to go so..

GTA 2 (PS1); This was one of the weirdest games I had. Back then, I didn't even know the idea of GTA . But then again, my friend realised it (I live for my friends )

Hitman 2 The Silent Assasin (or something like that)(PS2); This game was always annoying, but very good. Some of the missions were very hard so here comes... CHEATS!!! Used them and.. well you know the rest.

There's many games that I couldn't beat. The reasons range from me sucking at the game too much, to me just getting bored of them. I'll just list ones that come to mind.

Dark Cloud 2: I was at the end, but then suddenly stopped playing, don't know why.

Legend Of Dragoon: same as DC2

FFIII: I was playing it on an emulator, then I had to wipe my hardrive and I forgot to get the file onto my jump drive.

Any GTA game: I don't care about the missions, I just like to cause quick and pointless deaths. Usually, someone else does the missions on my files.

There's a shit load more, but those are the ones that immediately come to mind.

Red dead revolver. I don't know why, but the last mission was just too much for me. I got pissed off, and kept on messing up.

I never finished Kingdom Hearts, that is because I hate the world I am up to so I just gave up on it completely.

Any of the Grand Theft Auto games. I just like to drive around most of the time smashing everything in sight. Sometimes I do the missions but I get stuck so I just drive around.

I didn't beat Full Metal Alchemist: The Broken Angel, at the last level I couldn't get past Camilla's chimeras, bird, serpent, and that frog dude. I finally got past it and now I can't beat Camilla.. Unfortunatley I'm still on level 27..

Bunny jumps rope with Freya - (lv 5)Bunny jumps rope with Freya - (lv 5)Bunny jumps rope with Freya - (lv 5)
There are a lot of games I have not beat. But there are a few that stand out in my mind:

Destiny of an Emperor - Basically, Romance of the Three Kingdoms in RPG form. It was for the NES, had terrible graphics and a brilliant storyline. It was difficult as hell though because you had to wonder around doing all this crap with little-to-no instructions. It is still one of my favorite NES games regardless.

Wizardry V: Heart of the Maelstrom - I have been playing the game, on and off, since it came out for Super Nintendo. I still haven't even come close to beating it. I hear the max level is somewhere around 65,535.. but I've gotten to about 20. I'm going to play it safe and say 999 is the highest level. But yeah, game is damn hard. Oh yeah, the same pretty much goes for every Wizardry game. Except maybe 8. I haven't played much of that one. All are pretty much hard though.

Final Fantasy III - Uh, yeah. Onion Kids. I could not beat that Dragon Creature. With the closed off city, reachable only by airship. Yeah. That place. Couldn't do it.

I could probably go on. But those three stand out in my memory the most. NES and SNES were the golden age of difficult RPGs. Now you just have games built for graphics and possibly storyline. Difficulty isn't really a factor in games anymore.

I usually do not finish many games because I leave them near the end of the game and then go play another game afterwards. FFX and Xenosaga are examples, but those I haven't played them so much since I'm still pissed off missing the Memory Card that had the files!! But I'll finish them, no doubt.

As for the games that I haven't beaten because of other reasons...
--Lagoon: an adventure game for the SNES, and a very obscure one. Haven't been able to finish the last boss, after beating the really big boss. The real last boss, a gargoylish-thing monster is fast and dangerous, that bastard.

--Virtually all SNES games I had on my computer. My PC is no more, so I can't play them until I get a new one. And redownload them.

--GTA: Vice City. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and that game has a LOT of stuff around, plus the second movie studio mission is near impossible.
