Final Fantasy VI (PSone): Great Remake.

Oke here is begin of mine Topic here goes about the Final Fantasy VI. That's an cool 2D RPG games ever Remake of the Plyastation one console. The special is the Monster dex (Pokedex like it). Oke here is some tips of the battle's. You must use the element that monsters weakness have. Becouse it will give 2x more Damage. And you must becare about your character's stats of Defence, Attacks and speed these are the Importand things about the Battles.

I'll have to disagree. The load times were INCREDIBLY horrendous, the cutscenes were an abomination, and the game lost all of its charm. AND it was easier than its cartridge counterpart, which is a cry against humanity.

Also, everything you just mentioned about the elements and statistics would apply to the original (as well as the upcoming GBA) versions of this game.

Ooh oke is it than not so Good remake of FF VI.

Colt is right, you know. I actually think Final Fantasy VI as a lesser FF than any other, while some people see FFVI as their favorite. It was all because of the remake. I literally fell asleep twice during the game, and that is no joke. Just because of the lame loading times. If they really wanted to remake it right, they should've at least brushed up the World Map. That was Pixelmania!

Fortunately, I heard something about FFVI being remaked on the Nintendo DS. And maybe this time, they can convince me...

Actually, FFVI is going to be touched up and ported to the GBA, not the DS.

If you're hearing things about FFIII on the DS, that's because we're actually referring to the Nintendo title which was never released internationally. FFIV-VI, on the other hand, are all going to GBA carts.

There were some cool things added to the PSX version. I liked the little extra touches here and there (and I LIKED the cutscenes, what are you talking about?) But yeah the load times and slowdowns were horrendous. Not to mention the sound was ported over quite poorly.

I think that's what really ruined them for me. The sound just... was lackluster. The cartridge was so much more vibrant. I mean, the true quality of Phantom Forest disappeared on the PSX version, and you'd think it'd be better because of the technology. It wasn't pleasant.

That, and to be honest, I didn't really like the character models. They weren't what I'd had in mind when I'd played through the cartridge, and a lot of the characters just felt weird. AND TERRA IS NOT A BLONDE!!! That's something that always bothered me.
