My four would have to be in this order:

1: The Original Doom hands down. Even after being 12 years old, it is still fun to play.

2: Half Life 2. One of the best games I have ever played. Though short in Single Player, the Multiplay and story line picks it right back up. Two words: Source Engine. *drools*

3: Battlefield 2. One of the most fun games I have ever played. It never gets old either.

4: Doom 3. Basically desensitized me to scary games and some horror movies. I had way too much fun playing this.

Something like that.

On my list in no order would be...

Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 + Expansions
Easily the best nonviolent game I've ever played in my entire life. So much better than the original, too.

Age of Empires II + Expansion
My favorite PC RTS game due to it's historical accuracy and overall fun feeling. Incredibly better than the Warcraft and Starcraft games.

World of Warcraft
The sheer fun that can be found in WoW is enough for me. Easily the best MMORPG ever, and easily the game I've spent more hours playing than ANY other game, EVER. I think I have a little over 600 logged between all my characters.

Battlefield 2
Something about PC FPSs makes them a lot of fun. Add in realistic weaponry and physics with team/squad based action, instant classic. Now, if only EA would learn how to preserve system resources....

Could be because everyone is bitching at him for making threads that actually keep this forum active. That way its not so repitive "5 fav console games, 5 fav pc games, 5 favorite games off of movies". He might of thought he'd get yelled at for doing the same exact thing.

1) Quest for Glory Anthology (1-4): A point and click rpg series like none other in my opinion. You're an adventure who wants to be a hero, and with each new game you come to a land that needs your help. The sweetest thing is you can save your data from each game and keep your stats, making you really badassed. It also has alot of humor and parodies some classical movies (My favorite being monty python and the holy grail).

2) Graal: Nothing could replace the laughs I had with this online zelda rip off. I had so many fun experiences with friends beating the crap out of higer levels and hiding under bushes to escape mobs of players. I pwned too. XD

3) The Even More Incredable Machine: One of my most favorite puzzle games of all time. I used to spend hours and hours infront of this thing beating the levels differently that how you had to and this was so gosh darn fun.

4) Might and Magic: World of Xeen: I got really into this game once when I realised where the first quest actually was (I used to wander outside and get raped by frogs) and I got in a good length of time with this one. A truely classic game that I think I might go back to. =3

Hmm.. I don't play a lot of PC exculsive games..

Well, I know one that I remember very well is Age of Empires II (+ expansion). I love that game. I still have it installed on my computer, and play it time to time. Actually.. I'm gonna go play this right after making this post. The third one thats gonna come out soon looks nice, but I don't like the fact that its too modern. I was really hoping for something similar to the second one, but with enhanced graphics and more features. Oh well.

Next, its gotta be Heroes of Might and Magic: III (and its expansions as well). I've never played the first or second, and haven't checked out the fourth either. I remember playin this one with my friend for a long time. We just played multiplayer games, never did any campaigns actually. So.. I dunno, I just really liked this thing, its was fun.

The last two aren't easy to specify. I don't remember much other good PC exclusive games. So, I guess I'll go with Halo and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (1 & 2). I really thought both were better than their console counterparts.

Is that the game that comes in an big orange box and is incredibly hard? Goddamn, I hate that game for being so hard. Great game otherwise. My computer is too quick-like to run that, haha. Every step is five steps forward and then it freezes.

List:

Diablo 2, Heroes of Might and Magic 3, Warcraft 2, and Age of Empires.

I have not touched a PC game for almost two years. And I have not owned a PC for almost three.

Yikes!

Edit: Snowman, the first and second versions of HoMaM are freaking HARDCORE. Well, not really. They are just awesome. The fifth looks interesting enough.

I believe its a black box, and it comes with two games, M&M Lihtside of Xeen and M&M Darkside of Xeen. I got to darkside through playing Lightside, but I never chose to try Darkside, since I think the two stories are different. =O
