need help

Iam almost done with the standerd mission's but i cant get the items i need for the last 11 mission the missions that you get the items in wont come out and i have been playing this way for over 50 hours

Have you actually tried finishing the game? Most of the missions won't unlock until you finish the game, and I mean normal missions. Once you unlock the few missions left, you should be able to finish them all. Unless you lost a key mission item, but I doubt you do.

I have allready beat the 3 stage fight with lledner,queen remidy, and li-grim(remidy) and finished 289 standerd missions

try looking at www.fftrealm.com and look at the mission list.
