Post Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children - OST Release
Square Enix has announced the release of the Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children OST. The original soundtrack will be two discs and will go on sale in Japan on September 28 with a handsome price of 3000 yen. Music samples can be downloaded either at the official Japanese Site or at the English Site.

Advent Children is still on schedule for a simultaneous release in the United States and Japan on September 13 and 14 respectively. We can now start the month countdown, as many gamers have been waiting for the release.

Oh, totaly wicked. Do you know if there's been a set American price for it yet? I wonder why Japan is making it be so expensive? I know it's popular but it's still a movie/OST.

3000 Yen = 30$ (approximately. >.>) I'd understand if it's that price if its more than one CD. If its just one CD though, then it should be cheaper, say... 2000 yen.

Well a one for one money transfer isnt very accurate. It will most likely cost a little less in the US but thats just my hunch since its usually like that. Its all got to do with the value of the Yen, so I would just advise to wait and be surprised.

Let's see...the current exchange rate is 110 yen to the dollar so...that comes out to about $27.27. Hmm...not bad...I'll see the movie first before getting the soundtrack.

One question, with AC come straight to DVD or will it go into theaters first?
