what if final fantasy x was a movie?

Wouldn't it be cool if they made a full length move of this game where it has the same storyline and the monster battles? I would be suprised if they did.

I highly doubt that they would do that, if they included all of that...do you have any idea how long that movie would be? It'd be at least four hours, and all the walking that was done during most of the game would make it rather dull. Besides, it just wouldn't be as popular, except for people who just don't want to actually play the game because it takes up too much time. It would be better if they made a sequel to FFX-2(if it needs a sequel, I've never seen the perfect ending...) or if they made a movie with a completely different storyline(like Spirits Within...).

It would actually be quite lame to see every battle and the exact same storyline...whats the point. Might as well just play the game right? Anyways if they an independent movie or a sequal to something else (kinda like AC) then I wouldnt mind that too much. I would be up for a sequal to FFVIII.

And it would suck. But not if there was a 'Rikku and Tidus die in tragically painful car crash or somthing' plot twist....

Actually I bought the "movie" it doesn't have all the battles, they skip them but everything else is awesome! except that is in japanese with subtitles in english

She's talking about the FFX DVD you can buy. It has all the FMVs, plus the Storyline important ingame scenes all flowing together, so you can get the whole Story of FFX without playing the game.

You can set it to English subtitles, yes, but they're horribly butchered Chinese translated. "Engrish" we call it.

Shit it uses Enrish. Man thats almost impossible to read much less understand. Is there absolutely no Englich version? Or maybe a European version? If not then Ill go sign up for a Japanese course now hehe.

I don't know, however, the Engrish isn't totally non-understandable. I have a friend who got it and was able to understand it just fine. They mess up the names here and there, and sentance structure, but it's not as bad as some others.
