Final Fantasy In Concert!!

Hey, came across something that looks really sweet the other day... check it out:
Saturday, July 9 at 8pm the Minnesota Orchestra is putting on a show of Nobuo Uematsu's music from the entire Final Fantasy series! Imagine a full orchestra playing your favorite Final Fantasy songs, sounds great and I know tickets are still avaliable starting at $19. I went to the one that was in Hartford, Connecticut. It was a good show, although short. Unfortunately, I missed the first song as it was a two and a half hour drive to a show that started at 8:00 PM, after getting out of work at 5:00 PM and still needing to get ready. -_- I was able to get some collectables, though- a full color program with some Amano artwork, and a Dear Friends poster. I guess that makes up for missing the song... Plus my boyfriend said I had a smile on my face that he hadn't seen in a long time.

Overall, I suggest you check it out. If you can afford it, get the closest seats... we had some pretty close ones- middle row, 17 seats back. I also recommend that maybe you dress up..... there were people there cosplaying... at an orchestra house. -_- I like cosplaying, but save it for other things, heh. You'll also be treated more respectfully, as well... It's stupid, but it worked for me and my boyfriend.
