The Most Annoying Enemy in a Final Fantasy
I just want some opinions on which enemy was the most annoying to come across in any Final Fantasy in the series.

You should probably answer your own topic question to avoid being spammy. Just a warning.
Anyway, the Undead in Final Fantasy Tactics were terrible. The worst would be if you killed them in beginning of the battle, and they revived as you finished off the last enemies.

Either that or the Magimaster from FF6. The first time I fought him, I didn't have any non-elemental magics, so I kept having to guess what he was every time he shifted elemental weakness. Grrr. Well, I finally beat him, and I was congratulating myself on a job well done when he ripped out an Ultima as a final attack and killed all of my characters before dying. As you can imagine, that sucked.

The neslug in FFX really sucked. I bashed the bastard like forever until his goddamn shell broke. After it, he was just prey but I wouldn't want to fight him again EVER.
Also dark yojimbo was a pain cause you had to fight him like 6 times consecutively to beat him. And of course the magimaster was a real sucker, especially cause you had to climb that f*cking tower to get to him. The gilgame in ffv is also a big pr*ck. If you want to reach the end of his damn cave, you really need patience. Well, that's my list for now.

I thought tonberries in FFVIII were pretty tough, not to mention the tonberry king of whatever that you got as GF after. Facing 30 straight doesn't make you too fond of an enemy, especially when they give jack shit for exp, have a good amount of health, and are fairly lethal.
I too had a pretty tough time with the Undead in the FFT games, but once you know what's up with them, they aren't too tough, just a bit of evasion till the non-undead (double negative?) are done |

I agree, those undead from FFT get annoying fast. However, I really disliked all the Pudding/Jelly type enemies from FF4. Whenever I run into random battles I instinctively just keep tapping fight to get through it quickly, however, these guys have like insane defense so I end up only doing 1 damage per hit and it takes me forever before I realize I need to use magic. It gets annoying fast when you keep running into them.

Aside from the already mentioned, I'd say guys that are immune, near immune or creatures that just have insane amounts of defense. I use physical attacks about 95% of the time, I am not a fan of the magic, so when I come up across a guy that more or less forces me to use magic.. it blows.
Also guys with insane amounts of speed and either a strong Magic Attack or Physical Attack. I can't think of an example but I am fairly sure they have them. Also, on the matter of FFT's Undead enemies, I usually defeat them somewhere in the middle or I will send my strongest guy(usually Ramza) into fight him/them alone, he usually dispatches of them at around the same time my other guys handle the other dead guys. |

Worst enemy
The worst enemy to come by in the Final Fantasy games I have played are those little worthogs on vile island. They cast meteor after every attack you do, and they have alot of HP with HIgh defense. They are really hard tobeat but if you do beat them they will give you alot of AP.

Marlboro from FFVIII. You won't beat them unless you're almost lvl 100. And since I wanted the final weapons for all my characters, I had to beat a whole bunch of them

FFVIII - Propagator
It took me ages to work out what to do here, Mainly because I was playing at 3am and had started playing at 4pm the day before, I was sleepy and couldn't figure anything out. So I started trying to kill them... What annoyed me most was that once I figured what I had to do (5 am at this point) they kept chasing me and engaging into a fight with me therefore meaning I had to start over. I put it off til the next day, got some sleep and breezed through it eventually. |

Thee single most annoying battle I've ever fought had to be the Magus Sisters in FFIV. They killed me several times, even after I figured out I had to kill them in a certain order. Mainly because I had to kill them all at about the same time.
The next one had to be Ozma just for the simple fact that it cast Curse. This spell was the only thing that kept that thing from dying in an instant. |

Final Fantasy X. the omega ruins, the first time i got there i faced a King Malboro, bad breath and a sneak attack on me... no fair. i hate them more than i hate NY and take special pleasure in pounding them.
Final Fantasy 7 when i fought ruby weapon.... didn't know what to do and got my butt handed to me. oh yeah and GOGO fromm final fantasy 3... i think. i kept attacking him and well he mimiced right back and spanked me. i never thought about doing nothing.

I'm going to have to say the Magus Sisters in X-2. If you are at a lower level, Passado (sp?) is quite possibly one of the most annoying attacks ever. It's almost like thats the only attack that stupid little bee knows and she does it 95,000 times throughout the battle.
