Poll Wars week three: ELEMENTS

As with the past two weeks, if you feel like posting, make your posts worth reading.

If there was ever a poll that required you to really think, this is the one. How do you go about choosing an element? Tough to decide, I think. Go on personal reasons. Perhaps you really enjoy fire, or maybe you're a fan of the effects of poison. Whatever, right?

For me, it's Pearl. Whether it's a pearl-based spell, or perhaps a weapon, it just seems to have the greatest effect on the enemies later in the game. Sure, it's more expensive to cast the spells, but late in the game, especially with the right Relics, that shouldn't even be an issue.

Because Water isn't an element that any of the characters or espers (except for Strago with his Lores and Mog with his Dances) can cast.

was Leviathin not in the game. Ohh yeah, he wasn't. Dang, they kinda jipped him didn't they.

I wonder why they did that. He was such a influential Summon in V, wasn't he or am I just getting the games mixed up again (D*** my shortterm memory after my car accident). I can't remember now if it was V or IV where you get him in cave after getting the tablet.

Bismark was the water summon in this one

taught fire ice and bolt at X20 and life I believe at X5 or X2 or something, Im to lazy to look.

Anyways... I went with pearl as well... just fun holy magic goodness

Sure, he was water... he's a whale. But there was no real water spell in the game, so I left it off the poll. Makes sense, right? I only wanted to include the elements and the elemental types that the characters and their weaponry could cast.

True. Well anyways I voted for wind. Its so underrated. I think that it should be used more often. Earth also. The creators of games could have so much more room to expand their imaginations if they would use these "elements" to their advantage. Haha. I did't think about it but even though I voted wind I really don't think I ever used it in any of the games (except for the Summon in FFVIII, the Pandamonium thing, looked weird but I applaud the person who decided to insert him into the game.

Well, I don't wanna waste another post for this, but just because Merlin uses the smash doesn't mean you can't. I was just pointing that out to you. ^_^;;
