What is your favorite game

just wanted to know what everybody's favorite game(s) are

mine is the Grand Theft Auto series

My favorite game is Metal Gear Solid (PS). Wich is in the sneak em up category. But most of my other favorite games are RPG's

I more of an RPGer. I like the FF games. I like more like .hack or some others which I can't think of at the moment.

I'm going to have to go out on a limb here to support the advent FPS'ers here. You know who you are . Anyway, I'm going to say Half-Life 2. The storyline is kinda stingy and the ending always leaves you "hanging" but the gameplay makes up for this. Mmm. The "Physics Engine". *drools* Doom 3 is right behind HL2. Max Payne is another good choice but it gets old after awhile. The Metal Gear Solid series would have to be my favorite stealth game of all time. Those are just my thoughts.

My favorite game, next to TMNT1, is any of the new shooters. I never had no patience for those RPG games. Those are more Leo and Donny's style. Me, I always liked those shooters. Goldeneye for the N64 was the best! Every other shooter game only tries to be like Goldeneye. There are a lot of good ones, sure, but that game started it all!

Right... As for most shooters being like GE64, Ive hardly seen any like that. I know of a few ( but other than that, theres not that many. BTW, what did you mean by

Mostly an RPG fan. Strategy games are a close second: funny enough, I rarely play any of those but I still love 'em (perhaps because most of the strategy games are for PC). Only few games separate me from my favorites: GTA games being the most I like.

I love Resident Evil and Parasite Eve -- plus Silent Hill if I'm up for playing it.So I love gorey horror games. I also love Need For Speed and Tony Hawk games. I have a varied taste coz I'll play FF and Tomb Raider as well. You could call me an 'all around gamer' .

Role Playing although I'm as much of a strategy gamer as I am am a Role Playing gamer. My favorite game is: The Legand of Zelda Ocarina of Time.

RPGs. I used to be the biggest fan of Final Fantasy until I played Xenosaga. That game just blows FF out of the water like a nuke in terms of gameplay and storyline. Nice graphics and sound/music(fully orchestrated) as well, though that's just an added bonus.

Xenosaga better than any FF? I don't think so..

Gameplay? What little there is, it's more like watching a movie.

Storyline? Psh. It's a cheap way to link a story to the Xenogears story, and the 6 hours I played of Saga I didn't see much in the way of storyline that intrigued me. Two hours into most FFs, or most good RPGs, and the story already has you wanting to know more. The story of Saga made me want to stop.

Graphics? Meh. In comparison to most other 3D games, the graphics of Xenosaga pale.

FFVI and VII, and Xenogears are way ****ing better than Xenosaga in terms of storyline, fun factor, music, characters, and battle system.

Metal Gear Solid series (PS and PS2 versions). I eve made a club for it. Final Fantasy is good but to me MGS is very unique. Is it classified as a shooting/Action game though?
