Oni are the souls of dead monsters and humans. There are people that can control Oni and use it as power. They are called Oni masters. There are also psychics that use psi-powers. There was a war 600 years ago. The Oni masters and the psychics tried to take over the world. 600 years later there are seperate schools that teach Oni master and psychics. The Oni masters are trying to take over the world again and the psychic doing the same thing but, who will win?
