Gippal! ^.^
Gippal looks pretty bad in drawn art, but when he's in-game--omigawd! He's so cool! ^_~
The first thing I noticed was his 'natural' vibe. ^_^ The voice actor's voice was runs very smoothly and doesn't have any awkard pauses at all. His walking movements and gestures were very flowing while the angles really put a swing to it too. Do you guys find Gippal quite likable!? ^.^ On the way.... Fishy fishy stuffies between Rikku and him, doncha think, eh? ^_^;;

Gippal tied for first in my favourite characters of FFX and X-2. Auron is the other...
Besides that, Gippal is AWESOME!!! Nooj (2nd favourite) came at a close call for first. I wish Gippal was a playable character, I'd have loved the chance to fight with him! Too bad only YRP are the only fighting characters...  Nooj would've made a great fighting character, too... ............ |

Hehe, yeah Gippal is cool, he has a laid back personality and easy going. As well as not really to taken in by all the power and fame that his job has given him. Plus he is smart about things, because he is right that they shouldn't be relying on Yuna to come save the day each time they cut their fingers. Yuna won't always be around to safe Spira, Spira's got to learn to help itself without Yuna.

does anyone find it fishy that Gippal's like a couple years older than Rikku? Is he like a pedifile?
He deserves his death for slandering the good name of Rikku!!!!!!!! He will die!!!!!! Death shall be his requiem!!!! She's only 17!!! She's mine!!! Anyone got a problem with that? |

They look about the same age. Who cares if he's older? Gippal doesn't look a second past 19. I mean come on Paine was a 16 year old relating to both Gippal and Baralai(not Nooj no one relates to him.) I jus checked the offical site...he is younger then

Yes he has a very laid back personality and it just... Flows.....
And i totally agree with you when it comes to Rikku and gippal... so with lots of emails and research i discovered that the director of ffx2 wanted to show that they are in love "Never been close to a celebrity before" Gippal |

Maybe, but I think he is probably in his early 20's. Though Square likes the younger cast age, so he may as well be 18. But seeing as he was in the military for Yevon, I do not know if there is an age restriction, but if there is. He could be 20, two years having pasted since those events. But Paine is 18 if I remember right, Yuna 19 and Rikku 17, and Paine was in the group too, putting her at 16. So he could easily be 18.

Yep, Gippal is 18, It says in the Official Site of FFX-2, but I thought that he was 19 at the beginning(it doesnt matter, for one year) He is so hot I accept it, and he wa my favourite, he had a very sexy voice and a cool personality. But though at the end I wanted to know more aabout him and Rikku, wouldnt that be awesome? Or well, in the normal ending for example, he and Yuna could make a good couple.

I though Gippal was very well fleshed out. Better than both Baralai and Nooj. They seemed to focus on Nooj far too much in the game, leaving the other two Crimson Squad males out.
Plus, look at the cannon Gippal was rockin at the end of the game? How come I couldn't use that?! |
