If your life was FFIV, what class would you wanna be?

Personally, I'd be a Paladin, not cause I'm a Christian or anything, I just like those Knight Swords ^^! I'd heal my teammates and cover their ass when they're injured or casting a spell. Wipe out those damn zombies with my healing powers and strike down foes. That'd be great

If it were possible to mix classes, i'd try doing something along these lines;

Black Mage (for the offensive spells)
White Mage (for a bit of healing)
Dark Knight (for the brute power)

All in one package, heh.. i'd say something like a "Red Mage Knight" but, its pretty far fetched.. closest thing to a Red Mage in FFIV, is a Sage.. and they tend to be old and frail.. so, either a Dark Knight, or a (Young and Youthful) Sage, would suit me fine. More-so a Dark Knight if i had the availability of more weapons (then in the actual game, only 3, tch >.> bastards)

He only has three because they change him... had they kept him dark, he would have had more... you know that.

I myself would wanna be a Dragoon. They are really turning into a favorite class for me, wearing that heavy armour and such unique abilities and also they can jump. Some dragoons can also work with Dragons, and dragons are freaking awesome. I just would like to be a dragoon knight, because they are cool, I have no real reason.

Sage, easily! Destructive power and healing.

Monks are alright, Dragoon's are good, but Tellah could kick Kain's ass any day.
Black Mages rely on HP too much. White Mages can't attack at all.
Dark Knight's are okay, but not that good on their own.
Paladin's are reasonable.
And Ninja's aren't very good.

I picked Monk for two reasons. 1. The haircut and 2. the coolness. Yangs hair was pimp, no explanation necessary. Yang had some really cool moves, and his Kick was one of my favorites for awhile. If I had hair like that and could go around kicking people all day, I would be set.

I'd take Ninja over any class in FF4 anyday.

The Pros:

+ Using 2 swords

+ Elemental Magic

+ Never get physically touched with Image

+ If all else fails: SMOKE!

+ Throwing (in the immortal words of The Tick) SPOONS!

+ Stright up PIMP!

The Cons:

- Low defense (Thats what Paladin friends & Image are for.)

- Little MP (What? Do you think I actually use anything else besides Image? I'm not worried.)

- Semi-low health ( Again, that's what do-gooder Paladins & trusty ol' Image are for...)

I'd be a Dragoon, I liked the jump ability that they have, they're attack power is high as well.

But I like Dawezy's Idea, about mixing classes. Seems interesting and if I could do that it would definately be Dark Knight with the Paladin's Healing magic and the Dragoon's jump ability.

I'd be a BARD!!! YEAH!!! There's only one problem: I can't sing too well. But then, neither could Edward. Anyway:

- I can sing some folksy (Peter, Paul & Mary, etc.) songs pretty well
- Being able to run away in the middle of a fight and come right back is cool
- I could use a harp as a damaging weapon! Come on, what else could you possibly want?
- Edward has a bitchy father-in-law that disapproves of his daughter's marriage, just like in real life
- Being a powerful class that is really considered "cool" is boring
- I can control an Antlion (until such time as I actually have the need to control it)

And I could go on and on forever, but my dial-up internet will automatically disconnect me in a few minutes. So... yeah. Being a Bard would be cool.

Like how Dawezy said, mixing classes would be cool. I'd be a holy dark knight if I were to mix classes. like.. a Crimson Knight! Yeah, like my custom character (in my avatar and on my site)! That'd be kick ass!!

I would be a ninja Paladin, what else could you ask for?

The Dark knight Dragoon....I see nearly everyone on the poll picked Dragoon, and I thought I was the only one, then I notice mixing of classes which brought me to this, The Dark Knight Dragoon, The Dark attack, which I love, and the handy ability to jump. My guess is he could use a sword, or a lance.... Me like....

Pancakes, YANG HAS ONE STRANDO OF HAIR! Just less then Homer Simpson..

And Celes? don't forget the all powerful Holy spell when you're in a pinch...
