totally stupid

well earlier this week the bush administration ruled that carbon monoxide(you know the stuff that comes out of your cars tailpipe) is not a polutent... yep thats right... according to bush it isnt a polutent aint that interesting? maybe he should go suck a tailpipe and find out what it does to you. bush does not care about the environment whatsoever and he's trying to make the rest of the US just like texas...yuck... sorry im not trying to offend anyone from texas im just stating theres very little concern for the environment... I mean come on now we have 2 holes in the ozone layer thanks to this lack of care... but anyways the point of this topic is the ruling... what do you think of it?

The Bush administration is Republican, and Uno hates Republicans, so I guess my opinion would be a bit on the Democrat side, so I dont know really. Anyway, Ive hated Bush since he started going to war with every country he didnt like. And he said "Bring em on". He watches way too many cowboy movies. Crazy Texans.

That's probably why I shouldn't use "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" as my primary news source, I usually learn about things way after they happen.

But on the other hand, you always know when they're twisting the facts or not, because Jon Stewart doesn't mind saying that he lied.

Plus, the cynical take on loads of topics (especially during the "War on Terror", when I fell in love with this show) sort of gives you a fresh view on things.

I'll look this up and get back to you folks, but presidents never make decisions randomly. Information has to go through his cabinet first, which has to go through their aides as well.

I don't think it's a good campaign choice to make things up on the spot, so I'm going to believe that this isn't the whole story.

Now that we've got the fact that Bush is a dumb hick out of the way, where is the article on this? I want to see how he tested it and made his decision.

Bush doesn't make decisions without the help of his cabinet, he is the final word, but he gets the information from them.

And the people of their cabinet(especially their aides) are important people in their area of expertise.

There's probably some factor involved in which Bush actually has an excuse. A rating system which carbon monoxide surprisingly doesn't fall into for some strange reason.

Do you know what a pollutant is? The official standards deciding what a pollutant are...

I don't think deadly is a standard for pollutant, because fire, hemlock, and poison dart frogs aren't pollutants. Neither are ravenous man eating sharks.

So deadly doesn't work as a sole criteria.

EDIT: I have searched online for quite a while using the search term: ("George W Bush" "carbon monoxide" pollutant) Copy and paste the content in the parentheses if you feel like you can find what I missed (I didn't look at every article on the list, only the ones on the first page with seemingly relevant titles)

I have found no articles regarding this issue at all, does anyone mind linking me to one?

Bush is a piece of sh*t. I'm not even joking, but he may be president for another 4 years cause they don't have any other powerful candidates.

Something about this is missing, we know Bush is not very intellegent, thats a well accepted fact, but your not giving the whole story here. Like many others, I want to know the facts, the story and the information. I could just as easily make a topic saying that John Kerry had an FBI investigation done and they found he was behind the 9-11 attacks as a perk to help get elected, but until I show the story, nobody would believe me.

So... need the info please...

I hate Bush. He's a ****ing idiot. There is not war on Iraq, but to create major propaganda to get his people on his side so he can milk Iraq for what it's worth. It's the States 2nd Vietnam.

Anyways, it's the peoples fault for voting for him. Until the people realize, Bush can go on being an idiot.

P.S.

He's agaisnt everything he's behind. 9/11 anyone?

Hecate has levelled up - (lv 1)
He's the lesser of two evils in my opinion. I'm republican but I didn't vote for anyone. Kerry woulda screwed things up even worse and at least Bush has SOME experience in presidency. It's wrong to vote for one guy because you're against the other guy....if you vote for someone it should be because you're FOR him, not against the opponent. MANY people make that mistake and thus screw up this country. Sometimes I wish I lived in Australia.

And it's not the president who makes all the decisions....it's the entire government.....so it's not ALL the president's fault so Kerry would probably have screwed up just as much if not worse than how things are now. I got family AND friends over there....so those of you thinking I don't care about what's goen on over there....I do...I'm afraid my newphew-to-be won't know his father growing up because of it.

So, when both candidates suck (which, guess what! That's frequently the case! We don't always get honest, virtuous paragons. We have to chose between Shrub and a f*cking plank), you just shouldn't vote?

Seriously. You can't see the illogic in that? If someone is f*cking up royally, we should at least vote for the next guy who has the best chance. We shouldn't just give them a "Get Into the Presidency Free" pass.

Many people make THIS mistake, and thus we see little stains getting back into office, despite the lies, the deceptions, and the dangerous lack of anything resembling "logic." At least Kerry showed himself to have a better grasp of the english language than Chimpy could ever dream of. That, in and of itself, is points in his favor.

So, yeah. I voted for Kerry. Did I like him? No. But, guess what? We don't always get to make the choice between bad/good. The worlds not that simplistic. We have to choose between who we think would be best for us and who'd do the least f*cking up around the world. There's only one person I'd actually SUPPORT for President, and that's McCain. I have alot of respect for him.

He's the only one. Out of however many tw*ts clot the halls of the Senate and House.

-Oh, Bush said something about science? Sure. I'm gonna take HIS word for it over the scientists. I doubt he can frickin' pronounce carbon monoxide, much less understand the environmental impacts it has. He probably still has a problem understanding the basics of respiration.
