Final Fantasy V has a sequel?

I came across this anime title on ANN: Final Fantasy: Legend of the Crystals

A continuation of the events from Final Fantasy V. 200 years after Batz and his friends saved two worlds from the threat of ExDeath, a threat arises and seeks to take the Crystals for itself. Linaly, a descendant of Batz, and her friend/protector Pretz journey to the Temple Of Wind to seek the source of this new danger.

It's a really old 4-part OVA. Has anyone actually watched this? And how good or bad is it as a sequel to FFV?

Haha, sry. This just got me totally off guard cos all I ever see ppl talk about in terms of FF movies/anime are Advent Children, Spirits Within and Unlimited, but not this.

I remeber renting that years ago. It wasn't very good but it was still interesting seeing a Final Fantasy anime way before FFU was ever created., imo its much closer to "Final Fantasy" then FFU is.

I've heard that FFV had a sequel before. I could've sworn that last year, someone made a thread or stated about FFV having a sequel or something like that. I've never seen it though. I'm interested though to see how well the sequel is though.

It's on YouTube, I believe it's called Legend of the Crystals and takes place way after the story like 500 years or something and it has Bartz and Krillies? Grandchildren in it or something.

And from what I here its actually better than Unlimited, however I never took the time to see it, though I am sure its not that hard to find.
