Now for all of you who watched the World Cup Final you should know what happened between Zidane and Materazzi. Zidane being for France and Materazzi for Italy obviously.
For those of you who didn't watch the game and don't really know what happened, feel free to post your opinion as I will now briefly explain what happened.
Materazzi was behind Zidane when he leant forward and pinched Zidane's nipple (ok it's funny, try not to laugh, this is a serious matter...ok it's funny) in a desperate attempt to get Zidane angry and sent off so Italy could stand a chance of beating France in penalties. (There were only a few minutes left of stoppage time)
When Materazzi didn't get a responce from Zidane, he said to him "Your the son of a Muslim terrorist h**r. (sorry about the language, I need to say it to explain the situation) In Zidane's last ever football match in his career, he turned around and headbutted Materazzi in the chest and Materazzi fell the the ground. Zidane was eventually red carded and the game went to penalties and they lost.
Right then, I have a few questions for you:
What do you think about Materazzi insulting Zidane's mum?
Do you think Zidane was right to headbutt Materazzi?
What would you have done if you were in Zidane's shoes. (Consider it is the World Cup final and it is the last ever football match in your long career)
What would you have done if you were in the referee's shoes? Who would get what cards?
