Emperor Ultima. I joined TFF because its concerned with the FF series. I'm always looking for places related to FF and other Square-Enix games. Also, as I can see from the forum's other interests, the site includes other sections that I'm greatly interested in. Such sections are
gaming media, music, literature, art, and digital community.
About the FF series, and what is my favourite one? Well, I haven’t played them all. I only played FF8, FFX, FFX-2. So if I were to choose among these 3, I would say FFX. I loved the characters and the story. To me, it was all new with all the pilgrimage and sending and all that merging of cultural and mythological references.
But you know, for me, its not just the gaming that I love. I’m a person who appreciates various forms of art that illustrate great creativity and craftsmanship. I find this in a lot of Square-Enix’s games, and mostly in the FF series. When I said creativity and craftsmanship, I meant the music (e.g. FF8 intro, FFX’s Song of Prayer), weapon and costume design, grand architecture style and setting (e.g. FF8’s Dollet, Delling City, Ultimecia’s Castle).
Ofcourse, I can say the same about most FF games, even the ones I didn’t play (I observed them through images and FMVs)
