Seemingly the only thing she is understanding by that. Is not that she is embarassed at all. The only thing is shows her is that you are too immature to handle the matter, and probaly she should no be around you ever again. Not only that, but it also outlines a behavior that you are trying to intenisionally harm her by doing this. So in that aspect it is infact abuse. An any court can tell you that.

I personally think the best alternativeis #1. To not resort to violence, and to just walk away if she cannot be calmed. #2 that is you both are acting like immature two year olds than you shouldn't be together in the first place.

Honestly you knowing she is weak an still putting her down as well as gettig physical shows that you may not be man enough for the relationship. Relationships are about respect an boundries, and it shows that you are willing to cross those boundries to hurt the "weaker" just so that you don't get your feeling hurt.
