3A) Yes, Levels 45, 42 and 39 respectively.
* Well its technically the 4th level of the Cave of Summons, but this is the make it standout from the rest of my crappy writing. As soon as you enter you should go around in a Clockwise fashion to get all these items, they stand out so I need not give you directions ~ chests in order; [Ether1, Bestiary, Rat Tail*, 5000g, 6000g].. *
to get that Rat Tail you need to get on that teleporter, goto the next level, then come back down the teleporter so you can head South to get the chest. There is one treasure I haven't listed though, its a secret room that is simple enough to get to, so make your way around to that chest at the South end of the floor.
