Lemme see...about 150 hours and I have Cid. Most of the wasted time goes on finishing the "Save *territory*" missions. It can be tricky if a key item is lost, because it may cause some missions not to be completed. And, despite popular belief, the Reserve missions do not count towards the missions. Just in case.
