Well I picked The Animated Series, I'm still waiting for it on DVD. I grew up on the original, and can still remember watching first-run episodes when i was a kid (no old jokes

When the animated series came out i was ecstatic, because all the voices were there and the episodes tied in with the ST timeline, plus a lot of the episodes were written by well-known SF writers of the time(I love SF and Specuative Fiction, my favorite writer is Harlan Ellison), and even Walter Koenig (Chekhov) wrote an episode!
there was so much more you could do at the time in an animoated series, i know you can prolly do the same thing with CGI nowadays but for the time i thought it was awesome.
