A sixth sense screamed at Shelus shortly after Godean dissapeared. Godean was noticed almost instantly as Shelus spotted him through his peripheral upon slowly turning to answer the call let off by his senses. A sharp whistling is heard as Shelus brings his sword in contact with the Crimsons first attempt at his head. 'Twould seem that about five more similar attacks would pursue as Shelus ended up blocking everyone of these dimensional like slashes with the help of his sword and leg. The last however had managed to barely skim the lower part of his stomach as a slight scratch appears where the Crimson had trailed onward.
That was a little too close for comfort.
Shelus gazed upward at the Hovering Godean as a shadowy silver anhk transmuted into a massive cannon with sights aimed and ready. The cannon seemed almost too unreal for its great size, but then again... not too many see near immortal beings engage in such brilliant combat between each other. It was a bit amusing however as Shelus held his ground and readied for its first shots to be fired.
Boom... Boom... Boom...
The sounds let off by the massive cannon echo throughout the surrounding landscape and even find themselves causing slight avalanches in the distance. The first three shots to exit the barrel were easy enough to dodge as their size seemed to get bigger as it neared Shelus' head. One almost got the better of him as he found out that it was heading for his neck instead of his head.
Boom... boom... boom... boom...
More than just small avalanches in the distance activate from the last four sounds of this cannon. Instead... Huge chunks of rock and ore could be heard sliding down the face of those distant mountains. These shots were aimed elsewhere this time... now Shelus' wings were in danger. A move that he would perfered to be saved for a last resort from his foe. Now this Godean was playing dirty in Shelus' eyes. All six wings curl in a backward direction allowing him be pushed forward as the bullets bite the air flying right passed Shelus at his sides.
As he unfolded his beautiful wings, he came across the sudden realization that those bullets weren't any normal bullets. He soon felt a sharp sting attack his nostrels as he tried to breathe.
Well... that's just... a dirty... little trick indeed...
Shelus seemed to be in pain after the impact of those bullets upon the broken glass surface left an erie taste in his mouth. He bent over slightly as he yurned for a new breath, but as he did... he appeared to cough up plasma as he fell to his knees. It would appear that Shelus underestimated the potential of this gun, but at that realization, he clamped his palm against the broken floor. Shortly after... seven beams of pure darkness seeped outward one by one through the floor and seeked to destroy Godean.
He regained his balance as he stood to face Godean again... rubbing off the remaining plasma that had not found its way on the floor. The vomiting of his own blood seemed to rid his body of that poison and any future poison that would find its way into Shelus' body.
