Relationships are about purity of feeling; if you should truly be with the person you're with, you won't look elsewhere. If you do, then there's no way in hell you truly love that person. There is no excuse for it, and if one partner cheats, I am of the opinion that the relationship should end. It won't work out if both people aren't totally devoted.
