I didn't even know this stuff happened on FFXI. Weird, kind of dramatic if you ask me.
Just use a different credit card and start a new account. Or call the call center (if one exists) for FFXI, and demand to speak to a Supervisor... those normal call rep's who answer are all text book repliers, and you will get no where.
Explain in detail what happened, and you feel as if you were being singled out and treated unfairly and do not want to convey this message of abuse to the rest of the FFXI community you communicate with, and you would like your account to be reinstated and given another chance due to the misunderstanding.
