Yes. The only way to get it is to steal it off Elmdor, so if you didn't get it that time, you missed your chance.

In my opinion? Not really, but it's hella fun. Or rather, Mimic absolutely rocks, but Mimes have a bit of trouble staying alive due to their lack of armor, and it also takes a
lot of coordination to use Mimic properly. I've seen it be absolutely brutal... and it allows you to do some crazy attacks from halfway across the map.
