I haven't beat FFVI or have I beaten FFVII, thus, I am neutral here but still want to share my view.
Yes, yes you shall cuss me out the forum for this but the whole "FFVII is superior to all other" is bull. It has FLAWS (say it with me)
Battle system:I don't like the overcustomization.Sometimes I find myself using Cloud for everything.White Magic, Black Magic, Offense, the whole gamut. If it weren't for the Limits, I would have never known what were the characters *original* calling.
With FFVI there is always a time when you say, "Shucks!I should have brought Celes for her RunicBlade ability." Never will you say that with FFVII cause all ya need is Materia so if it were allowed, you could play with Cloud, Cid and Aeris all the time.
Minigames should not be to irritate you but it should be a diversion to put down the weight of the world that you were struggling with and free up.
From what I've seen about having to beat Ruby weapon to get some Rose to give to a old guy for a special Chocobo so that you could get Knights of the Round Table..

really could add up.And yes,if u don't think you can't beat it, look up about it.
Villain:Kefka is a loony, from what little I've seen about him so far, he really has lots of loose screws to tighten. As for Sephiroth, he has good motives but I was wondering if destroying the world would solve it.He should just kill Shinra.INC cause I think they started everything.he didn't hafta kill Aeris/th.Or maybe its because I haven't reached the part where he killed Aeris/th yet.But as for overrating him. Yes. He is overrated. What's so special about a guy in black with a thin long sword

.He had motives cause I would definitely want to see some blood shed if someone did that to my mom.
Maybe I seemed to bash FFVII, but that's because I have played a good bit of FFVII and I am now setting of to go for the other espers that are in some place. But both are good game (except ppl tend to overrate FFVII).
But as I said b4, I am neutral so go ahead and argue for I shall be back with my decision later.
