The world is covered in water. The land has sunk beneath the sea. Humans live in special cities, below the surface. These cities use advanced technology to maintain life; air, plants, electricity, etc. The reason for this is because of the Great Flood.

Years ago, the Great Flood engulfed the world in water. The flood destroyed cities, killed billions, and completely ravaged the world, causing the earth to sink under the sea. The survivors managed to develop technology that would help them survive under the sea. The engineer who made this possible was Steven Subvla. He created the technology with his two sons, and together, they created the city of Atlantis, which is the main city under the sea. Subvla and his sons are treated with great respect, and the people live in prosperity.

However, above the sea, bandits, thieves, rogues, and other vile and evil things, live on man-made water stations, and travel the seas in boats, destroying anything they see, for fun and profit. Some normal people live above the sea, in floating bases and cities. People still wish to fix what has happened to the world. Scientists live above the sea, in old research facilities, trying to find the reason of the flood and how to fix the world, if it is even possible.

But, now, in the 23rd year since the flood, evil rumors have spread across the seas. An evil has been released. An evil monster, the Leviathan, that has been terrorizing the Sea-Dwellers as well as the Sea Riders, killing and destroying, devastating everything. And along with this evil creature, strange peoples have appeared. These people have the ability to live under the sea, breathe in the sea water, and are very odd indeed. They are something like a cult, foreseeing the end of the world as we know it, that the Leviathan caused the flood and will finish what he started. These people have committed murders and other atrocities in their beliefs.

Steven Subvla wishes for this to stop. He tried so hard to fix the world and these people and their creature wish to destroy what he had created. Steven, with his two sons, round up a group of the best soldiers, fighters, gunmen, and others to help him in his quest to stop this evil. To head for the evil's home, a ruins in the deepest trench of the sea.

However, they would have to go through the many challenges of the sea to reach this land...

Steven begins gathering people and information in Atlantis and works on his two new inventions, the submarine, and an apparatus that allows you to breathe underwater, without special gears and whatnot. As he gathers information and recruits, evil spreads...
