The Final Fantasy series has some plot twists in there, just as Final Fantasy is analogous to Star Wars. Final Fantasy IIj, IV, VI, IX, and X are known to have plot twists. One plot twist in Final Fantasy IIj occurs right after going through Mysidia Tower. One plot twist in Final Fantasy IV occurs after Cecil Harvey becomes Paladin, when he returns to Baron and that water fiend Kainazzo takes the throne of Baron.
