Hmm...I'm in. I want Seifer. Here's the template:

Appearance: The same clothes he wore seven years ago but chains are hooked onto the bottom of his jacket and drag across the floor and has two scars on his face, one from when Squall slashed him and another from when He led a rebellion in Esthar and almost assisnated the Sorceress.
Junctioned GF's: Bahamut and Alexander
Bio: Grew up in an orphanage and then enrolled in Balamb around 5 or 6 years of age. He had a dream of being the Sorceress's Knight and went against SeeD. He and Squall were rival's until the Sorceress was defeated and Seifer's dreams were shattered and relized how much pain and suffering he cause. After realizing that and the fact that Rinoa had killed Squall, he figured it was the least he could do to make up for what he's done and o against Sorceress Rinoa. He started the Janus Army in which he leads and has multiple parts of his army all over the world.
