A bright sunny day has came often to the reconstructing city of midgar. Peace has lasted for a few years now, and people are enjoying every day of it. The citzens of midgar has shown a strong spirit, continuing to rebuild their lives everyday. Some still continue to mourn the lost of ones they love, while others have move on. Shinra itself, is one of them. Deciding to start from scratch, they have been rebuilding their headquarters, searching for new turks, and once again looking for more brilliant minds to create the newest in technology. It seems, once again, midgar is fighting to survive.

But oblivious to all of this is a underground headquarters that none has known about, not even shinra themselves. This headquarters have been underground for years, withstanding through the meteor attack, and the attack of kadaj without so much as a scratch. This underground headquarters, is where lie scientist who left the shinra corporation to fill
their own dreams. These scientists, lead by the head scientist Sadley,
began working on experiments as soon as they could get the money. Always
keeping secret connections to shinra supply bay that not even Rufus knew about. Now creating their greatest experiments yet, it seems midgar
will need to be ready for something new, but is it evil? or good?

Deep inside the cracks of the underground headquarters, Head Scientist Sadley walks through the pathways with papers attached to a clipboard.
A huge smile grows is etched on his face for he realize today is the day.
The day to unleash his dream, to finish his goal, to prove he is the greatest scientist in all the world, even better than those whipped dog shinra scientists. After walking through a few doorways, he reached inside the main incubator chamber. Inside lay 10 tubes filled with humans, kept alive by modern day technology, and improved with so much more. Frantic wires lay all over the place, making it a hassle to step anywhere. He grinned deeply as he look at his experiments. Soon, other scientist enter the incubator chamber, examining the greatest room inside their headquarters, smiling themselves. Sadley turned around, his eyebrows furred deep into his head, his remaining hair on his head seeming edged to a point, and a smile the size that range from one cheek to the other.

Sadley: It is time. It is finally time, to show those pathetic scientist of shinra, and the world, that we are the worlds greatist scientist. its time to unleash the true soldiers, the elite soldiers.....heheheheh....

The other scientist noded, a smile on their face as well. For it was indeed time, all their time and effort, all their blood and sweat forged into these 10 experiments, it was time to see indeed, if they would make due on their promise. Sadley knew exactly who he wish to open, for he gave this one the most attention, gave him a special ability only his other sister shared, and yet even they didn't have the capability range has him. This one, this little one here, was the prized of all his experiments. Codename R-X throughout his entire time, he will finally be able to see his plans come into action. He went to the side where a control panel lay for the boy's incubator chamber. Pressing a few green buttons on the black, square shaped control followed by the huge red one. The water inside the incubator chamber began to flow back through the tubes. After a couple of seconds, the chamber had no water inside, slowly after, all the plugs connected into his body started to unplug, rewinding up to the top of the chamber. Finally the breathing tube that combine with liquid to cause others to sleep was released from his body.
His greenish blue eyes started to flutter open. Slowly, the tube door began to open. He sat up, his eyes continuing to blink so he could see. He looked to his side and there was the scientist Sadley, grinning with glee over his face.

Sadley: Welcome my child. Welcome indeed.
