Please remember, almost all I do is copy. It's pretty simple, all you've gotta do is look at something and then recreate it. So basically, the only talent I have is copying sketches or stuff to that effect. No colours for me! (Because I can't colour worth shit. Painting? Oh god what a trainwreck that turned into. Seriously, I had a pretty good lineart thing which had to be painted. Now it is forever ruined and will never be seen again, unless you raid my room because it's somewhere in there.)
Anywho, here comes set 2. I don't feel like putting stuff in order anymore so it's all just going to be whatever from the year.
The next four were all for school. All I did for this one was copy a page (well, two pages really) of BLAME! I think it was volume 10. It was supposed to be for Cannery Row, showing desolation or some shit. BLAME!'s got that in spades.
Yeah, all of these were for Cannery Row. Stupid english assignments. Easy marks though, even if I didn't learn a single thing in the year. Bad because I went into english and creative writing. CHINAMAN. And suicide. Copied off Tsutomu x2 (Nihei and Takahashi) plus Inoue Takehiko. The old man was modeled off of that great swordsman guy from Vagabond, I forgot his name. That other drawing of the old man on the right was taken from the BLAME! artbook, Deadheads section. I just replaced the girl. And the suicide which didn't turn out too well was from Angel's Share, the cover.
This one's actually semi-original...kinda. Only the bum with the hat was copied, based off of Dhomochevsky of BLAME! fame. The rest was all made up which shows since it looks pretty crappy.
I noticed that some of the scans ended up difficult to see, mainly because I draw really really light at times. That and I suck at scanning. Anyways, CAT. Fung Chin Pang. That guy/girl rocks. I changed the sexy Cat to some guy and just threw some kid on the side. And yes, it's supposed to represent something in Cannery Row as well. Aha aha.
Like I said, bad scanning. It's all from Blade of the Immortal. I don't like that Maki. My drawing, I mean. Because Maki is hot stuff.
NIPPLE! I like Hyung Tae Kim. It's kinda like my love of Kaneko Kazuma and Megaten (No wait, I really do like Megaten. GO PLAY IT YOU CONSUMER WHORE). I don't even know what Manga Carta's all about but I'd still get it due to his art (That and a craving for some fun rpgs. Even though I've already got a bunch unfinished. Man I need to stop procrastinating). Oh and no, that's just an uncleaned up breast-area-thing. I really didn't mean to show her tit. Anarchy you perv-mexican.
