Good Question, and believe me, I would have given Cesar a
VB if it were allowed. Only one forum per license is the new rule that the Vbulletin team enforces now. You can either lease a license yearly or purchase one. PHPBB is probably the BEST free board out there, but I know there are a few others (invision, ubb, and a few others...?)
But yeah, we have gone through a lot haven't we...? I think we are finally on good grounds now \=()
