Yeah, out of all the ideas tossed around in here, I think The War of The Magi *would* be the most interesting (I never really thought about it until now). The game's history is centered on the Magi War, but the war isn't in detail. You get to see snippits of the war in the WoR when traveling via Figaro, and the story of Odin, but there could be much more said. Humans and Espers used to live side by side, but how did Humans first tap into that magic themselves? Also, Esper World is unique and I would like to see more of it, how the Espers created it. And the people of Thamasa, their ancestors would be part of the plot.

Not only would a prequel be interesting, but unlike my earlier idea, it wouldn't give the chance to have the characters be ruined. I like how the characters are in FF3/6, and even though I would enjoy seeing what each character did in the WoR, I would be afraid that their original personality, their true character, would be over used or altered. For example I'll use FFX and X-2. Now, I'm not bashing the games, and I never played FFX-2, I'm just going by what I heard from people who played it. I liked Yuna's character in X. She was quiet, determined, yet softspoken and shy. But in X-2, she goes from summoner to pop princess. Just from hearing that alone, I get the impression that her personality took a big turn around. I may be wrong, she still may be like she was in X, like I said, I never played X-2, but X-2 threw me off because of the big change in character. I don't want that to happen to FF3/6.
