((Babe.....no offense, but you've got some serious no caps going on at the beginning of your sentences.

Annelise generally kept good humor in long supply. Point in fact, you'd be very hard pressed to find her otherwise. Her current predicament however, almost had her at the end of her rope. The light drizzle and windy weather had only slowed her comrades slightly, but for Annelise, it had been a trial. She had been dodging raindrops and fighting the wind for upwards of two hours now. Poor little fae. That hadn't kept the smallest of their troop daunted. As the newest recruit, she vowed to herself not to complain or ask for help. How long had she been with them? Two weeks? Maybe at a month she'd have asked for a ride. Not today though.
"ZAWEEE!!!! Guys, that's it, that's it, that's it!!!! That's the fort!" Annelise said as she spun around in the air, a blur of blue. She flew over Serafina's head, ruffling her hair as she passed, and stopped a few inches from Tsi's nose. "See, see! We're not too awful late!" she continued, all grins for the moment. Then she took off at top speed toward the fort. Now emboldened since they were nearly at their destination, she easily zipped in and out of the rain. She was almost there, and could easily make out the figure at the for when a big gust of when shoved her foward at an uncontrollable speed.
"AHHH!!!!!" the little one yelled, spinning out of control. She was stopped just as quickly by.....something smelly.
Ick. Annelise coughed. "What's that smell?" she muttered, just before looking up. Maybe she should have looked up a little quicker.
