I agree with anybody who says that Mindu is the best supporting character. He comes in when everybody else in your party is a little weakling. With his healthy choice of spells and hp he really is good for just about any situation you can find yourself in at that point int he game. Compared to the other supporting characters, none help you even out the odds the way he does.
