“Then i take heed of your words 'hun'. I just hope for you to keep the pace, I tend to exceed myself during the foreplay” Quistis sensed the sarcasm in Dissaor's voice but nonetheless, she found it sexy. She gave a soft chuckle and replied.
"Dissaor, no man has been strong enough to keep up with me. Show me one and I'll marry him." she said to him in a joking manner, but sometimes she had to admit that she did long for someone to spend the rest of her life with - a fate that would be forever denied to her because of her own 'personal' issues. But this was no time to succumb to some girly fantasy. This was a battle she would be willing to fight 'till the end. She could not even remember the last time she killed someone and her bloodlust just grew in her with every single second.
Dissaor's body was once again surrounded by the eerie light as he moved his body with his right side facing her. He then stretched his hand towards her direction-palm facing the ground. Quistis watched with great anticipation for his next attack. Surely, this would be more powerful than the first one. The light grew brighter as if Dissaor was summoning his strength. A few seconds later he lowered himself to one knee and a thunderous roar came afterwards -his magic shattered the ground and its force dividing the earth beneath them. Huge spikes from the earth rushed towards Quistis. With a quick thought, the wind picked up around her once again as it grew strong enough to lift her from the ground and evade the huge spikes but not enough to escape the small rocks that shot up with the impact from hitting her . If it wasn't from the turbulence that surrounded her body working as a makeshift armor, she would've sustained a serious injury. Without wasting a fraction of a second, she commanded the wind to shoot herself towards Dissaor, her hands outstretched holding the invisible sword as she dove towards him like a cannon aiming her sword towards his heart.
