Story/Setting-- The world of FF8, only it's 24 years after the end of the original game. Alot has changed, most of it for the worst. The Gardens have been disbanded, the world spiraling into war mere years after Squall and co. saved it from Ultimecia. The former SeeDs were proclaimed rogues by Esthar soon after Laguna was upsurped from the presidency. That was nearly twenty years ago. Squall and his friends were forced into hiding, and finding an unlikely ally in Galbadia's government. But within the last year, Esthar has gained the upper hand and certain factions in Galbadia think that handing over the former SeeDs will save their country from Esthar. They call themselves the Black Sun, and they revel in capturing, torturing, and turning SeeDs over to Esthar.
People and Places--
Squall Leonhart - head of the resistance against Esthar; recently went 'missing' on a top secret mission. No one knows his whereabouts.
Rinoa Leonhart - elected senator in Galbadia; married to Squall.
Selphie Tilmitt - head of the resistance in Trabia, coodinator between Trabia and Galbadia. She and Irvine are dating but refuse to get married until the war ends.
Irvine Kinneas - co-head of the resistance in Trabia.
Quistis Trepe - leads the resistance among the smaller towns, like Balamb and Winhill. She and Laguna do alot of the work organizing and keeping the groups supplied.
Seifer Almsay - leads a strike team called 'Wolf Trek' that makes forrays into Esthar to free prisoners, ect. Also on his team are Raijin, Fujin, and others.
Zell Dincht - killed two years ago on a mission into Esthar. Buried just outside of Balamb.
Laguna Loire - aids Quistis when she needs it. Spends much of his time traveling and recruting when appropriate.
Kiros - travels with Laguna when he can. Otherwise, he spends alot of time forming rebel groups within Esthar.
Ward - travels with Laguna most of the time.
Now, where do we come in, you might think? You get to fit in wherever you want. Be a SeeD? Sure! You can be a kid of any of the characters, but you have to prove WHY you should be. (Unless it's Squall/Rinoa...they're married, so it's ok) You can be an Esthar soldier if you want... if that's your cup of tea. You could be a member of Black Sun, or you could be a random joe-shmo off the street. Just have fun w/ it.

Personality/ Though she looks like her Mother, she acts like her father. The biggest ego and attitude in the world! ^_^
Weapon(s)/ A crossgun (like a crossbow with bullets) surgically welded onto left arm with sniper scope. Junctioned to Diabo to use gravity damage (which is why, she is not usually very effective againt bosses.

Aligence/ To Esthar (trained by Esthar govenment / no guardians)
Bio/ Unknown to Rinoa and Squall, (yet), Viviane is separated daughter of Seifer and Rinoa (after a year breakup from Squall, Rinoa had given birth to Seifer's child. Thought to have been dead at birth, Rinoa went on with her life married to Squall without the knowledge that her true birth daughter is still alive).
Tiny Timeline:
Rinoa (age 22) - Broke up with Squall. Later rushed to Esthar hospital while passing through the city. Gave birth to Viviane, was told the baby died.
Rinoa (age 26) - Married Squall.
Secrets:
- At a young age, while stealing money from the gov't safe, she discovered a small box with her name on it. In the box was a baby blanket, hospital bracelet, an unbilical cord and a small ring with a tiny cross engraved into it (Seifer's symbol was engraved one of the rings that Rinoa wears.). On the inside of the ring was the name Heartilly.
