Hrmm.... this one is VERY tough to decide... both have highs and lows...
Rikku... your posting technique can get semi immature/childish... where its just kinda a groaner to read... looses intrest when it loses maturity... to a point. Your intro was interesting, but way to long, you went overboard on it...
Finrod- you kinda work the OPPOSITE end of the spectrum... sometimes you try to make yourself seem a bit TO wise and mature... leading to dry material, and occasionally confusing. You set your character up to be the typical snooty kinda overwise person... which is very interesting... but they get annoying with there superiour attitude, but then again, thats what most elves are... so you did pretty well, its a dangerous line to play with.
Though it rends my heart to be forced to choose a victor, im actually going to award this battle to Finrod... Rikku, you have good aspects, but there is a lot that isnt, and when you take that away, you don't have very much left.
