In case you haven't realized yet LocoColt04's post was to say that he said he would create a sub-forum for the Fabula Nova Crystallis once FFXII (12) was released in the US. He also said that since there were only 24 hours left for
XII's release (not XIII's) than he created the sub-forum a bit before what was originally planned.
Now, that was posted on the 10-30-2006 so the said 24 hours have passed a long time ago and FFXII has already been released in the US.
Hope this made sense.
