Few words can explain the last 4 days of hell I have gone through. Our host company ValueWeb was purchased by another company and they promised all customers only 15 hours max. of downtime while they migrated data centers...
Well we had almost 6 days of it
It effected thousands of servers. There is actually a Digg of it here and multiple blogs and official news articles.

I called multiple service agents and tech agents to get the same answer every time. There is actually going to be a class action lawsuit against them... some servers had multiple businesses that generated thousands of dollars... 5 days of no business is a lot of money lost.
During the down time I purchased a new server through serverbeach.com to start migrating TFF and other sites to. I am not going to pay ValueWeb for anymore business, in fact they owe me money now.
The new server is great! I have most of the files up and running on it. I am going to make backups of the forums and move it over, then switch our DNS to the new server and KILL THE OLD. Hopefully this will be transparent.
The new server has PHP5 and MySQL 5, so I suspect a few loops to move vbulletin over, but i'm optimistic.
Above ALL - SORRY TO ALL OF YOU. Please let every fellow TFFers you know, that we are back online and have a new server that we migrating to, as soon as possible.
