Suzu Kitamura has levelled up - (lv 1)
Name : Suzu "Hiro*" Kitamura
* considered as Suzu's nickname
Race: Human
Class: Lord Knight
Description: (will fix later)

Male, black, gray-ish hair curving up from the back that spikes half-way down his neck, bangs partly covering his eyes, long side burns that reach down his shoulders, tan skinned, and azure colored eyes. He has a skinny, normal build that is enough for him to survive the harshness of battle.

Suzu has an ardent, kind, calm attitude even with the people he meets; he is justice-like when dealing with serious matters. Wherever Suzu goes, he is willing to help anyone in need and would devote himself to protecting others.

It is very difficult to make Suzu angry, but when he does, he hides it and keeps it to himself. He is frequently misunderstood and it is somewhat difficult for him to explain his views to others.

Suzu has two birth marks on his back (on spots where the scalpula appears), both used to exert celestial energy to create angel wings. The angel wings are blue, flowing energy formed so Suzu can take flight.

He being 15 yrs old, he is the leader of GS, undertaking different tasks needed to support the innocent and his comrades. Being a leader of such a devoted group, much pressure and weight is added unto his shoulders due to his many responsibilities. He still has much to learn in what it means to be a great leader. Suzu is usually on missions. When he has earned extra time people can find him laying lazily on the fields surrounding the GS base, training with Takai in the grounds, or being tutored by Oskar in the library.

Suzu was given the position of Leader by the creator of GS, Blackrose, who brought back the light club after being shunned by the BoD. After many months, Blackrose diseappeared leaving Suzu to take care of what she started. Suzu desires to keep GS alive.

Weaponry:

--Balmung: a one-handed sword, originally used by Siegfried, the Hero. It was given to him mysteriously after he gained the ability to fight. Peculiarly, this sword talks. Yes it talks, some believe that the soul of Siegfried is spell-bound to it. Balmung acts as Suzu's mentor.

The blade is created by mythril and the legendary orichalum, it reveals an enigmatic aura shrouding it and has a blue transparency. The blade is wide at the end and converges into a sharp tip. It is yet to be used to its full potential so Suzu wraps it around bandages until the right time. As of now, Balmung is considered a regular blade. Oskar is especially interested in the sword and devotes himself to the full study of Balmung. Suzu thinks it is quite odd, but knows that Oskar will find a way for him to use its full power and the blade's ability to speak.

Armory:

--(enchanted) Azure chest plate: Forged from mythril material and enchanted with a wind spell to make it durable and feel lighter. The plate is decorated with silver linings and the GS emblem is placed on the middle.

--(enchanted) Azure shoulder armor: Same material Suzu's chest plate is made from. The shoulder armor is bulky, it has a flat top, rounded sides, and only cover a fourth of his arms. Under it are two black plates, blue lining on the sides, that cover half his arms. It is enchanted with ethereal properties to give Suzu more protection.

--Azure jacket (under chest plate & shoulder armor): Decorated with shining blue linings from rounded collar to the end of his long sleeves. The collar of his jacket covers half his neck and the end of it covers his thighs. A long blue leather sheet is placed along the zipper and black straps cross his stomache with another GS emblem on the mid of the 'x'. The 'x' straps that cover his stomache hold Suzu's sheath.

--cobalt gloves: The gloves cover halfway to the elbow and his long sleeves. It is wrapped around with two belts so it will take hold of his arm. Small, curved, diamond steel plates cover his fingers to give Suzu a good grip on the hilt of his sword.

--(enchanted) Azure leg armor: Enchanted by a wind spell to give Suzu speed.

Attacks:

--Arc Revolver (power): While in air, Suzu points his sword into the air, then quickly throws it down. As the sword continues to fall, it transforms itself into a large blade and an elongated chain attaches itself around the sword and around the hands of Suzu. Suzu then swings his sword left to right like a pendulum until it hits the specified enemy.

--Zephyr's Wings (power): Suzu folds his hands together to unleash a torrent of sharp, angel feathers.

--Ragnarok (power): Suzu gathers up all his energy into one attack. Suzu flies high into the sky pointing his sword to the ground, then flies downward to the ground to create a large explosion of light energy. Consumes large amounts of ethereal energy.

--Sentinel Breeze (tech): Suzu's favorite move, he calls the power of the sky to shroud his sword with powerful winds and does a barrage of slashes and blows. After one slash, an extra slash is given from the winds. The extra slash gives less damage than what Suzu can usually deal, but it is quick. (Wind skills taught by Oskar and added to Suzu's swordsman skills)

Defensive/Support Abilities:

--Boost Morale (support): Suzu sends part of his energy to his team to increase their fighting abilities. Useful when fighters become too weary to fight, especially in huge battles.

--Azure Retaliation (counter): Suzu simply moves his hand forward and transfer a bit of his power to create a swirling shield of energy around him to fend off projectile attacks.

After the projectile attacks have been deflected, he retaliates by shooting light arrows back to the enemy. Amount of light arrows depend on amount of hits and amount of energy left to shoot them.

--Azure bow (power): Pure energy that takes the figure of a bow and uses up small amounts of light to create arrows. Accuracy needs improvement since Suzu is used to wielding swords than long range weapons. Useful when trying to kill enemies that is out of reach.

--Cure Light lvl1 (spell): Weaker than a Paladin's healing spell, but it can still heal, only minor wounds. It cannot heal weapon and armor injuries, or status ailments. Only healing skill for the swordsman class.

--Starburst Blaze (spell): Suzu calls upon the stars to shower him in an orange glowing aura; the aura gives off an immense light around him. The aura grows dimmer and dimmer in time and consumes considerable amount of stamina. Rarely used unless in complete darkness.

Allegiance: God's Sanctuary/SoI

Story: (lol finally. BTW it is long)

Suzu lead a horrible life in the corrupted city of Balder, as a child he was troubled by murders, theft, lust, war, betrayal, and many others that plagued the once-so-noble city. Although these bad times caused great pain, it did not stop Suzu from being who he is, kind and brave. In his years of growing up, he would do his best to help those in need.

From the Book of Ages pg.1

--dating back to the beginning of time, the humans explained are referred as Ancentos (an-ken-tos) Ohnis (oh-nes) or "Ancient Ones" in Cryptic language. They are the great ancestors who created the very foundation for the Presentos Ohnis, people who are living today--:

The city, placed on the western part of the world, was named after the Angel of Light, Balder, who saved the last human city (this city) during the Time of Twighlight. The Time of Twighlight was a war waged between Angels and Demons, that lasted 7 days and 7 nights, which caused great destruction on Earth. Blessed by the Angel, the city was considered a place of refuge for those who still ally themselves to the Creator. This being the reason why we still exist.

Finally, the great war ended due to the help of two great warriors, who assisted the Angels defeat the demons. The first warrior, a boy, was known as Roland and the other, a girl, Faranqis. Roland was fierce and arrogant like fire and Faranqis was kind and gentle like water. Balder, impressed by their teamwork and love, turned them into the Sun and the Moon so that they would be together forever by ruling the skies. The angel also gave Faranqis the city he had saved during the war and Roland the city of Freya (the city in charge of guarding the gates of Hades). When both ruled both parts of the world they brought great happiness and peace to all, this began the Illumination.

As time passed by Roland watched and grew envious of Faranqis because the City of Balder grew more beautiful and lustrous, while the City of Freya grew old until the point that it was forgotten by time. Arrogant as he is, he ordered the people of Freya to attack Faranqis' city; of course, the people refuse since they fear that they would lose their happiness. Roland fumed and told the people terrible lies about his companion and the city. He took advantage of their innocence and tricked them into having rancor towards Franqis and her city. This ended the period of Illumination and started the Age of Blindness.

Alas, the time came that Roland's army raided the City of Balder without warning. As they took over the city, the army did sinful things to their brothers and sisters. Faranqis, shocked by their betrayal and sinful actions pleaded them to stop their wrong doing, but their blindness repelled her cry. As the army raged on the people of Balder either kept their loyalty to Faranqis and died or converted to the sinners in hopes of saving their lives. These sinners plagued the city in darkness.

It was time that Roland and his sinners reached the Moon. Faranqis' loyal servants attempted to save her, but failed in the process. It was only her against her enemies.

"Oh why?! Why must you do this my love?!" cried the Moon.

The Sun gave no answer, but gave off a devilish smile.

The Moon began to cry fearing that this could be the end of Illumination. Why did this happen now? Why didn't she know this sooner? It seems that there is no hope left for her.

Hearing her cry, Balder comes to the rescue in time before Roland had a chance to kill her. Infuriated, the Angel separates them by trapping Roland under the city and placed a seal so that he would stay there for all eternity. His punishment is to be inflicted by Heaven's wrath when the clouds appear and disappear in the day. Not only was Roland punished, but also those who took his side. Their punishment is to suffer by the Sun's heat (the hotter it is the greater punishment Roland receives) and blinding gaze.

The Angel, a kind, celestial being, forgave the human life by making the Sun do tedious labor until the end of time, the Sun works to keep nature alive and help the humans in a number of ways. As for Faranqis, the Angel gives her the forgotten city of Freya so that she would be exiled from human civilization. The Moon will only come out at night to cool and protect the humans through the night.

As everything seemed to be in order, the Angel left from the world until it is most needed.

Centuries later as the Age of Blindness ended, the human life grew wiser as they realized between right and wrong. Humans became more numerous and smarter as they began to inhabit all of Earth. Though it seems that peace has come back, there is still evil hiding behind the background.

The city of Balder is once again a peaceful place since Roland and Faranqis are forgotten after countless years.

As I write to you, reader, it is my intention that you stop before ~ (incomplete page)

---

It was until he was 13 that Suzu learned the history of the terrible city he lived in, he wonders how the city became corrupted again if it was not plagued by darkness in the past. He found this incomplete page in an abandoned temple and is determined to find out what the next part of the story was about. He thinks that if he found out, that he would be able to bring back the City of Balder back to its proper state.

His next destination is to go find the Forgotten City of Freya, so he brings along a normal sword and a sack of supplies. As he travels, this began his journey as a wandering swordsman.

Finally, Suzu reaches his destination and as he walks to the city gates he was suddenly attacked by an unknown creature, it was big and was decaying. It seemed to Suzu that it lived for so many years. The beast charged at him and brutally damaged his body. The young swordsman swings his sword at it, but he could barely scratch it. Suzu could not give up after coming this far, he stands his ground while the beast prepares another attack. It roared and spews a river of fire directly at Suzu. Before it reached to him, he suddenly fainted to the ground and the last time he saw something was a glowing, shining figure.

....

When he regained consciousness, he awakens on a field of swaying grass with a huge headache. He does not know what happened to him, but he could only recall that he saw someone save him. Next to him, he sees a glowing sword, sheath, azure colored equipments, new clothing, and a feather all neatly placed (Every equipment I explained in the profile). He puts on the new clothing, straps on his armor, and equips his new sword. After that, he picks up the feather and as he held it, the feather's shining aura grew brighter and traveled into his body. When the celestial energy has entered him, small, underdeveloped wings appeared on his back and astonishingly, the sword says his first word.

"Suzu!" shouted the sword.

The young boy was shocked and literally had a heart attack. He fainted again until the following morning.

"Hey, are you alright?" asked a girl about his age.

"Y-y-yes, thank you. Who are you?" Suzu replied back.

"Me? Oh, well," the energetic girl springs up and shouts,"I'm Blackrose!"

"Good day, Lady Blackrose!" greated Suzu's sword.

"Hello, Balmung!"

When Suzu heard this, he remembered the first time the weapon talked. He realized that this isn't a dream afterall. This was the day when the creation of God's Sanctuary began and the partnership between Suzu, Balmung, and Blackrose.

Years later, GS changed and it began to be known as Seekers of Illumination.
