The Gil System allows users an opportunity to earn Gil by submitting content to The Final Fantasy. The more you post the more you get! There are many ways to earn Gil (listed below). Finally a site built by Final Fantasy fans... You will contribute directly to the content of the website. Submit reviews, walkthroughs, art, post in the forums, and more to start earning Gil. You can then use your Gil at the Arcade, the Forum Store, and even buy Prizes.

How To Get Started
You must have an active account at thefinalfantasy.com in order to start earning Gil. If you have not yet registered with the site, please do so by Clicking Here. Once you have finished registering you can start submitting content to the site. The full list of available Gil to earn is listed below:
How Much Gil Can I Earn
Depending on what type of content you add, you can earn a wide range of TFF Gil. *Please be sure to only submit files, data, that we do not have already.*
- Walkthroughs - 500 Gil
- Review (under 500 words) - 250 Gil
- Review (over 1000 words) - 500 Gil
- Fan Artwork - 500 Gil Each
- Media Files (MIDI, etc) - 100 Gil
- Game Content - 250 Gil
- Fan Fiction - 500 Gil

- 750 Gil for Registering
- 500 Gil for Your Birthday
- 750 Gil for referring a friend
- 1 Gil for viewing member profiles
- 1 Gil for viewing a thread
- 10 Gil per reply (.01 added per character over 300 in reply)
- 20 Gil per good reputation
- 25 Gil per new thread
- 5 Gil per poll vote
- 5 Gil per thread you rate
- 100 Gil for adding a profile picture
- 500 Gil for becoming an arcade champion
What Do I Do With My Gil?
We will keep track of every point you earn. There will be incentives given to users who earn high amounts of Gil. Contests will be held to help give away prizes. Prizes will include:
- Advertise On TFF
- Cash
- Final Fantasy Games
- More...
You can also use your Gil at the Arcade, the Forum Store, and even buy Prizes.
Contests will be set up and announced on the main page. Usually the user with the highest amount of Gil in a month span will win the contest.
So What Are The Limitations...?
You can NOT spam and submit useless content and earn Gil. Your account will be banned if this type of behavior is not controlled. Please read the following short list of limitations, otherwise please enjoy yourself:
- Reviews Must Be Atleast 500 Words
- No Spamming in the Forums
- All Content submitted must be Original and Unique
- Do NOT submit anything that is already submitted
